RR07 Lemming Cache

By: alpharomero.com Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

I acted like a ranger and pulled right up to the gate, figuring there wasn't much of a chance of a fire today. My inner lemming had its sights set on other destinations, so this one was a drive-up. Thanks!

Methuselah Since 200AD

By: HMB Lipripper Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Micro

Thanks for putting another cache here! This is a wonderful tree. The original, GCGN0Q by normanb, was one of my early finds. Great memories, and fun to make a return visit. TFTC.

Corte Entrance

By: not2b Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

Feeling fortunate to have found a parking spot at Skeggs Point, I made the quick walk to find this cache. I have used this entrance to ECM OSP many times. TFTC.

Quercus

Thanks for the botany lesson. I felt a little bad for the mole that has burrowed in right next to the cache...I'll bet I gave him a start! Lots of people outdoors on this sunny holiday. TFTC.

Coal Creek OSP Trailhead

By: GoGoJo Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular

Low hanging fruit on my way to Russian Ridge OSP. I got startled by a driver coming up the access road. Heh! TFTC.

The Dollar Cache

By: TJDavis Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Regular

Clear, sunny and warm at last! Great views from the cache site. I'm headed downhill towards Mindego Hill. Thanks.

Beyond the Dolphin Invasion

By: AlphaRomero.com Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Small

This was the destination of the day. Lemming urges satisfied! Hopefully someday soon there will be a looping trail along this route. Thanks for the cache!

Beyond Invasion

By: GoGoJo Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Regular

This one was a bit dicey. Recent storms have knocked over a tree in the vicinity, and it's really hard to know where to search. With all of the PO vines I was really worried about getting a rash. Hopefully not! It will only get worse as the evil weed starts to leaf out. My advice to future seekers: Don't go off trail too soon. The easiest access is from slightly beyond the cache (ie further north). Thanks.

Bay Refuge

By: GoGoJo Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Regular

Thanks for getting me off of the beaten track a little bit, although I was glad to come while the weeds were only ankle high. This is a great park! TFTC.

Mindego Hill Dolphin Nest

By: ChipnDonna Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.5 Container: Small

A grand old tree and a very nice view. Thanks for pointing out both!

Laurel Forest

By: GoGoJo Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Regular

I just followed the little geotrail around to the side and voila! Thanks for getting me into the laurel forest! There were lots of downed branches from recent storms.

Virus Bravo Nine

By: British Invasion Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Small

On my way to the end of the trail. Thanks for the bread crumb!

0% Camo

By: ed777 Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Small

I loved hiking along the forested part of this trail. Thanks for bringing me along! It's still a little early for wildflowers, but I'll bet there are plenty in a few months. TFTC.

Ordinance 93-1

By: ed777 Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Regular

That's a really pretty creek this time of year! The widget wasn't helping me much so I just set it down and searched the logical spots. Soon the cache was mine. Thanks.
