Hanging Brew

By: the voucher Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Micro

Reception was a bit dicey throughout the day, what with hillside, tree cover, and rain, and this spot was no exception. Thanks for the explicit hints! It's very pretty in here with all the water dripping.

Redwood Brew

By: Passport11 Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Micro

A potentially tough find under the deepest cover yet, but geosense led us to a logical spot, and some systematic searching produced success. I liked your container and log booklet. I'll have to check out that website! TFTC.

Special Brew

By: Passport11 Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Small

Without a trail map, things got a bit confusing here. Out and back for the next cache? Looping trail? Hmmmm. No matter, it's a pleasant walk in the woods! TFTC.

Bloody Brew

By: the voucher Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Small

We huffed and puffed up to this cache, and then wondered where the trail went beyond that. MROSD needs to get on the ball! Thanks.

Seeking the Brew

By: the voucher Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

bthomas and I teamed up today exploring this new OSP; one vehicle at each trailhead. The weather cooperated and we had a great time. The cache was discovered out of its hidey-hole, but we returned it. With rain, perhaps this wasn't the best idea. Thanks for marking the trailhead!

Witch's Brew II

By: the voucher Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Micro

A very beautiful forest along this stretch of trail. Thanks for bringing us to Teague Hill, and TFTC.

Witch's Brew

We found the cache, and then we found the water tank down the hill a bit. Whoops that was a wrong turn! Another interesting find nearby was a big double trunked redwood. One of the trunks had been cut down and we could see the springboard notches, but the other was still standing proud and strong. Thanks for the cache and the series!

The Oakwood Race Track

By: gopogo120 Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small

Interesting story about this area! Thanks for bringing me here, and TFTC.

Kite Hill Cache

By: dlcalia Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Regular

A pleasant walk to the cache, and I only got a little wet from a passing shower. Someone obviously had plans for more houses, I wonder why that didn't happen? I was glad to explore up here, having noticed the cache location several times as I passed by down below. TFTC.

Keep Your Eye On the Ball

By: GBoyz Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

The construction crew was trying to work on the artificial turf field, but the rain was getting in the way. I was suprised by the cache location, but I suppose it's secure enough. Thanks!

Off the Beaten Path

By: gopogo120 Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small

Fortunately a quick find since my eyes are just the right height. Even with the rain, a dog walker, a jogger, and half a dozen cars passed by. Obviously this area has been this way for quite a while, but I wonder what prompted the homeowner to build the fence back from the corner of his property? TFTC.

Independence Hall

By: the voucher Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

A quick grab after a late lunch at Buck's with bthomas. TFTC.

Near the Deer

By: the voucher Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

bthomas let me struggle with this hide, and it was a satisfying discovery once I finally figured out the hint. Things are holding up well inspite of the rain. TFTC!
