Second Hand Rose

By: Stacy & Jerry Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Regular

Ted and I slipped into the park just before sundown and were able to make a quick find. There were plenty of people enjoying a warm spring evening as the sun sank below the horizon. Thanks for the oldie!

I love the stories of bygone businesses and faded memories! Thanks for sharing.

Charge It

By: TLHarrell Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

I laughed out loud when I found it. Masterful. Thanks!

Ale Only Now

By: Marky & Joani Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

I didn't realize this was your cache until just now, but I suppose I should have known better. [;)] A couple of people were probably wondering why I was hugging the camouflage, but I palmed the cache container so deftly that they were none the wiser. TFTC.

Got Quad?

By: Curly, Larry and Moe Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Small

Whose bright idea was it to include this quad? [;)] For some reason I couldn't stop thinking about the movie 'Deliverance' while I was navigating to the cache. Thanks for blazing the trail out here!

New Year's Day

By: Larry, Moe, and Curly Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Small

If there's only one cache at a particular destination, chances are I can ignore it...with at least two, not a chance. Thanks for introducing me to Mount Day!

Hungry, hungry Hippo

By: Blue iis Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

On the first pass, I drove slowly and was puzzled. After reading the cache page, I U-turned and parked in the driveway for the short walk. Cute! After signing the log, I carefully returned the cache to its hiding spot where nothing but friction keeps it in place. TFTC.

Big Sign Little Cache

By: Rocket Girl Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

Passing through on my way to steep and winding terrain, I appreciated the stop for a quick score.

Washburn Hilltop View

By: CKayaks Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Regular

The grass is green and lush and full of flowers right now. The perfect backdrop for a short little hike. Thanks!

Ohlone Rock

By: Team Travieso Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small

Interesting spot and clever camouflage! TFTC.

Secret Trailhead #10 - Soquel Demo Forest

By: Marky & Joani Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Regular

I struggled a bit here as my GPSr wouldn't point to any logical spot. Time and decay have taken their toll on the item mentioned in the hint as well. Eventually I noticed a logical location though, and the find was mine. I stepped over a pile of shattered window glass to get to it. TFTC!

Mars' Park

By: pbshoe Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

Actually, I was pretty baffled with this hide until I thought about it some more: How the heck is it that the container isn't soaked inside? Then I realized: It floats! Pretty tricky.

Secret Trailhead #11 - Nisene Marks

By: Marky & Joani Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Regular

I came up from the coast side via Hecker Pass and Coralitos. What a fun little stretch of off-road goodness! The only other sign of life I saw across the entire stretch was a truck parked about 0.5 mi down from the cache. Thanks for the bumps.
