We spent about 10 minutes looking for a way to drive to this cache. It makes no sense to me that there'd be a cache in the middle of nowhere followed then by a short cross-country bushwack. I mean really! The name of the cache even implies that it has something to do with the road. It's not going to get muggled is it? Well, it's your cache, and we found it. Ain't GPS technology great!?! Definitely out there. We did pass a rancher fixing a wind mill, but interestingly on our way back, he was gone. Was our first sighting just a mirage? Thanks for placing a cache in this remote and beautiful spot. TFTC.

Our first stop of the day on a historical trek along the Applegate trail through High Rock Canyon to Black Rock playa. Great views from this seldom visited cache. Thanks for bringing us out here. Aren't we in Nevada yet? Sure seems like it!

Fun drive to get there and scenic views of wide-open spaces when we arrived: Perfect! Thanks for a great cache! I would have loved to camp, but the weather didn't cooperate.
