This is a really cool place. I had been many years previously as a college student, and this second visit to show my now college-age daughter was just as great! Thanks for teaching us about the reasons for the spring. Funny story: My daughter was commenting about how she would like to take a drink from this apparently pristine water, and, based upon the cache page, I was telling her that it probably wouldn't be a good idea. We discussed it further, and decided that animals probably came to drink at the spring, contaminating it. Not two minutes later, we were mightily surprised to watch a moose walk into the middle of the upper pool and take a drink. It was quite the experience to see such a large wild animal up close.
