We stopped here on our way up to the Lily Lakes area for an overnight backpacking trip. My B-in-L, being somewhat of a local, had heard of the tunnel before. Given the amount of water that was flowing, it sure seems like they went to a lot of trouble and expense. Very interesting! TFTVC!
