Bottomless

By: Lil Devil Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Small

I was just one of a big gba group. Somehow we ended up parking in the medical center when we could have gotten much, much closer. Oh well. TFTC!

False Bottom

By: h_mtreasurecache/G-U.N.I.T Difficulty: 4.5 Terrain: 4.0 Container: Not chosen

I was part of a big group of geocachers from the bay area who came up to the area for some unusual difficulty / terrain combinations. Having already finished the Fizzy challenge, I suppose I'm working on my second round! Thanks for a fun and challenging cache!

Ping Pong Cache

By: a NJ kid and calkids Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small

One of the kids in the group told us exactly where to look. Thank goodness for his help! TFTC.

Scoobert's Sunken Treasure

By: Scoobert Difficulty: 4.5 Terrain: 3.5 Container: Small

My widget was pointing right at the cache, and I told those folks out in the water exactly where to look. My contribution was essential. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. [;)] Group caching, you've gotta love it. Thanks.

What a great park! Thanks!

High N Dry (Hopefully)

By: TRAKD Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Not chosen

Out with a big gba group. One thing I'm confused about is where the camping actually takes place. I didn't see any place to do it, or, for that matter, anybody actually doing it. It's a mystery to me! TFTC.

The Hunt for Capitan Folsom's Fortune

By: Disgolf Difficulty: 5.0 Terrain: 4.0 Container: Other

I was part of a large gba group, and boy were we all pleased as punch to combine forces on this challenging cache hunt. I don't think I've ever done a letterbox hybrid / multicache combination before, so it was a new and fun experience! It took quite a while to uncover the final cache; that was a well concealed hiding spot! As others have mentioned, the heat was oppressive. Thanks!

Blue Man Isle

By: PseudoDude Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.5 Container: Regular

High and dry. Fun to walk out on the lake bed with the gba group though. TFTC.

Fun and Games 1

By: Natural Resources Measurements, Class of 2004 Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular

Out with a big group from the bay area, we had a great time hunting caches along the edge of Folsom Lake. TFTC!

King of the Hill 3

By: Jeo Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.5 Container: Regular

Our group of cachers from the bay area was doing caches along the shore and came at this one from another direction. It was so hot and dry even most of the poison oak had dropped its leaves. Wow! TFTC.
