Out with TA for a day of canoe caching and most everything in between. Yeah, you can definitely tell that this road was not built for the speeds that people typically drive it these days! TFTC.

Out with TA for a day of canoe caching and most everything in between. This was the third water stop. Short, but relatively swift: they must be releasing water from the dam. Carrying the canoe was the toughest part. I dropped a coin. Thanks for a fun and challenging find.

Out with TA for a day of canoe caching and most everything in between. I'm more familiar with King James type prose, but a little searching quickly brought me to just what I needed for this puzzle. I didn't see anything that might resemble a lion's den nearby though! TFTP.

Out with TA for a day of canoe caching and most everything in between. This was our secon water stop. A missing stage one didn't slow us down as he had contacted the cache owner. The paddle out towards the final location was very enjoyable! Lots of wildlife and the rusting remains of a more industrial era to see. There was a sort of maniquin guarding one of the docks. The water level at the final location was receding quickly, but we were able to navigate the canoe close enough for a very careful look. Thanks for allowing a find! and thanks for the cache!

Out with TA for a day of canoe caching and most everything in between. Access was strange. I felt like we were driving on private property for awhile. The CHP at the entrance yaking on his phone didn't help, either. TFTC.

Out with TA for a day of canoe caching and most everything in between. What an off-beat road! Oh, except the freeway's right next to it. Thanks for getting me out of the fast lane. TFTC.

Out with TA for a day of canoe caching and most everything in between. This was the first sucessful water stop after a DNF on the other side of the lake. It was interesting to see the older, unused side of 6 Flags. There sure were plenty of people streaming into the park as we made the find, and some of them even gave us a passing glance! TFTC.

Out with TA for a day of canoe caching and most everything in between. This was the fourth and final water stop. Everything was going swimmingly until we pushed off after finding this cache. I dropped my GPSr in the drink. HORROR! Well, all's well that ends well, as I was able to find it after about 10 minutes of searching in the murky, but fortunately shallow, water. It was still working, and hadn't lost lock. Imagine that. TA's truck probably still stinks though, as I got completely wet looking for the widget. Sorry about that! Thanks for the adventure!
