I'm out from the left coast for work and this was the nearest cache to my hotel. Hmmm...14 people watching, and it certainly seems like a fun challenge! After a little Googling (search engine and Earth style!), I had my coordinates in hand and felt well prepared...or so I thought! A pleasant stroll through the campus led quite straightforwardly to a deviously hidden cache. Suddenly I realized you had been talking to me all along, but I hadn't been listening. Drat! Heh! After calling a life-line back in CA (who wasn't at his computer), off I went back to the hotel for the now painfully obvious information. I also collected the coordinates of the food court, which I realized, after punching them in, were way out in the Atlantic! (Change that N coordinate to 42 °!)
Here are a few of the things I saw during my little adventure: An MIT sailing club race. Those captains were pretty intense in those bathtub boats. There were several collisions! The lights and roar from Fenway Park. Very cool. Oh, and of course, lots of interesting public art.
Thanks f or a really fun cache. A mental challenge with interesting sights and experiences a plenty! My first cache in Massachusetts (did I spell that right?), and one to remember for a very long time. PS. I tried to drop two coins, but they just wouldn't fit in the container. One I was able to leave, and the other I'm logging through for the miles.
