Out with MotorBug to put a few ups and downs on his new Jeep, this was our next stop along an enjoyably long and winding road. Nicely hidden! I think several of us overlooked the spot before Shores Scout made the find. The gate was open, so I was tempted to drive up the road and check things out, but there were more caches to be found! Thanks.

Out with MotorBug to put a few ups and downs on his new Jeep, this was our next stop along an enjoyably long and winding road. That dirt road on the other side of the gate was calling to me, but alas it was not to be. I did notice a no trespassing, "except for members" sign on a tree nearby, so perhaps we could have travelled the road for a price. TFTC.

Out with MotorBug to put a few ups and downs on his new Jeep, this was our next stop along an enjoyably long and winding road. He was yucking it up with bthomas in the lead and drove right by the cache. I brought them out of orbit with a quick call on the FRS radio. The cache seemed painfully exposed, but I suppose it really doesn't matter out here. Thanks!

Out with MotorBug to put a few ups and downs on his new Jeep, this was our next stop along an enjoyably long and winding road. It feels like a thousand miles from the bay area. Fantastic!

Out with MotorBug to put a few ups and downs on his new Jeep, this was our first stop along an enjoyably long and winding road. After doing a little research, I discovered a way to get a picture that is somewhat recognizable...in contrast to HamCam #2. [;)] Thanks for the challenge!

Out with MotorBug to put a few ups and downs on his new Jeep, and we were ready for a swim at this point. Whoops, I forgot my suit. TFTC.

Out with MotorBug to put a few ups and downs on his new Jeep, this was our next stop along an enjoyably long and winding road. Dry as a bone along the way to the cache this time of year, and every nook and cranny a potential snake hole. Thanks for the adrenaline rush!

Out with MotorBug to put a few ups and downs on his new Jeep, this was our next stop along an enjoyably long and winding road. Yup, this is the second one of the day that he drove right by. Interesting little spot!

Out with MotorBug to put a few ups and downs on his new Jeep, this was our next stop along an enjoyably long and winding road. Shores Scout determined that his area was a lot less likely to be infested with snakes, so he ascended for the quick find while the rest of us stayed behind on the road. TFTC.

Out with MotorBug to put a few ups and downs on his new Jeep, this was our next stop along an enjoyably long and winding road. I chose the wrong spot. Just a few feet away, bthomas came up with the cache. Thanks.

Out with MotorBug to put a few ups and downs on his new Jeep, this was our next stop along an enjoyably long and winding road. 'Fruit of the earth'? Is that what it's called now? We got worried when we saw the tell-tale pieces of soiled TP scattered about on approach. Yup, some serious fertilzation going on in there. We moved the cache slightly so that future finders won't have to enter the 'drop zone'. Heh!

Out with MotorBug to put a few ups and downs on his new Jeep, this was our next stop along an enjoyably long and winding road. I did all of the math in my head, and MotorBug and Shores Scout were having trouble following me. Fortunately, things turned out just fine. I knew they would though, since bthomas was patiently waiting for us to fumble though. Interesting story!
