Fowl Language: A chilly morning team-up with crawburr did the trick. She pointed out my clue-blindness at the first stage, but I redeemed myself by coming up with the cache at the end. I really shouldn't have missed that first stage. Thanks for a fun puzzle with some old and new twists!

Later in the day, I went on a group hike down the Los Gatos Creek Trail with SammyDee, Shadow101, Dowbiggin, and tlharrell.

Los Gatos Creek Trail: 11:56a I found this cache on a group caching expedition from Campbell to Vasona Parks. Getting ready to wade into the middle of the bushes, Dowbiggin pointed out that it was right next to my foot. Whoops! I love the oldies. TFTC.

Family Beginnings: 12:05p I found this cache on a group caching expedition from Campbell to Vasona Parks. Dowbiggin says she politely let me get it. Personally, I think she was afraid of the spot. TFTC.

Slippery When Wet: 12:37p I found this cache on a group caching expedition from Campbell to Vasona Parks. Yeah, like the previous cache, I did the dirty work. Actually, I was happy to contribute since others were taking me on a guided tour of LGC trail. The cache container was crawling with ants, and they were none too happy to be disturbed. TFTC.

Tiny Frogs: 12:45p I found this cache on a group caching expedition from Campbell to Vasona Parks. This was the best hide of the day, IMO. Nicely done. What a great stretch of the trail. Watching some kids play by the creek brought back some very pleasant childhood memories. TFTC.

800: 1:32p I found this cache on a group caching expedition from Campbell to Vasona Parks. We found this cache nestled safely in its hiding spot, but it's true, there is an undergound beehive very close. Fortunately the insects are pretty lethargic in this cold weather. Probably a good idea to monitor the situation as things warm up. TFTC!

Devoted Cache: 1:52p I found this cache on a group caching expedition from Campbell to Vasona Parks. We definitely made this harder than it had to be. Fatigue and hunger probably played a part. I dropped a TB. Thanks.
